We’re thrilled to present our selection of grain to glass spirits. Our grains are milled on-site, and all of our spirits are USDA-certified organic. Our spirits are fermented, distilled and bottled at the foot of Cathedral Ledge in North Conway, New Hampshire. Each flavor has been hand-picked including familiar tastes, new creations and seasonal favorites. Check out our current selections below.
Our trademark vodka, distilled primarily from organic corn and wheat and made with the crisp, clean water of the White Mountains. This is a very smooth vodka, that tastes great on its own or with your favorite mixer.
Fig Flavored Vodka
Our fig flavored vodka is infused with organic Turkish and Black Mission figs, and has the unmistakable flowery sweetness of ripe figs. It makes a great martini or cocktail.
Aquavit is a traditionally Scandinavian spirit. We took our vodka and infused it with caraway, fennel, anise, clove, orange peel, lemon peel and angelica root to make a delicious spirit sure to warm you up on a cold winter's day. It is a perfect aprés ski sipping beverage. We only made a small batch of this, so stop in soon to try it, before it is gone! Back in stock!
Ginger Flavored Vodka
Our ginger flavored vodka adds a bit of extra spice to any of your favorite vodka cocktails, especially in a mule!
Blueberry Flavored Vodka
Our blueberry flavored vodka is infused with organic wild Maine blueberries. It opens with the tartness of the berries and finishes with their sweetness. It is a great addition to lemonade.
Horseradish Flavored Vodka
Our horseradish flavored vodka makes the perfect Bloody Mary and would go great with a side or oysters!
We couldn't wait to produce our first whiskey. Our new-make whiskey is a traditional whiskey grain bill, with a touch of organic wheat to soften the edges. Our new-make is fresh from the still, having rested in a barrel for just one day. You will experience the full flavor of the grains.
Our Rye Whiskey is the first aged product we released. The grain bill consists of 54% danko rye, 34% corn, and 12% malted barley, and the spirit has been aged in a new, #3 charred, White American Oak barrels.
Our bourbon is only getting better! Each batch released has had a bit more time to age in a new, #3 charred, White American Oak barrel. The grain bill for our Wheated Bourbon is 69% corn, 19% wheat, 12% malted barley.
We used a malted barley centered grain bill, and we then added botanicals (primarily juniper and coriander) and distilled it. The result is an "old style" Genever, with a flavor that balances the grains and the botanicals.
Our first batch of gin is a smooth, flavorful gin. Juniper, cardamom, orange peel and lemon peel make this a great choice for a martini or gin and tonic, no matter what time of year it is!
This gin also respects the London Dry tradition, but is specifically crafted to complement the unique flavors available in our recently emptied rye whiskey barrels. Orange peel laced with vanilla and hints of rye are present on the nose. Hawthorn berry comes through in the mid-palate, balanced nicely with the Angelica root, fennel and other botanicals. The rye re-emerges on the long, smooth finish.
Our first liqueur is made with certified organic maple syrup from Meridan Hill Maple Farm located in Columbia, NH. This liqueur adds just the right amount of sweetness to any cocktail.
