Cathedral Margarita
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge New-Make Whiskey
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Cointreau
Lime Wedge
Coarse Salt for rimming
Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and dip rim in coarse salt. In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge New-Make Whiskey, lime juice, and Cointreau. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and pour over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge New-Make Whiskey
1 1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
Tonic
Grapefruit Slice
Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour in Cathedral Ledge New-Make Whiskey and grapefruit juice. Top with tonic water, lightly stir together and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
Difficulties Be Damned
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge New-Make Whiskey
3/4 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz Martini Rosso Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz Lime Juice
In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge New-Make Whiskey, triple sec, sweet vermouth, and lime juice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and pour into chilled martini glass.
New-Make Garden Fresh
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge New-Make Whiskey
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz Agave Syrup
10 Cilantro Leaves
2 Cucumber Wheels
Top with Grapefruit Seltzer
Muddle lime juice, agave syrup, cilantro leaves and 1 cucumber wheel. Add Cathedral Ledge New-Make Whiskey and shake to combine. Serve over ice and top with grapefruit seltzer. Garnish with cucumber wheel and a sprig of cilantro.
