INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Blueberry Infused Vodka
2 Teaspoons of Simple Syrup
1/2 of a Lemon, freshly squeezed
2 Sprigs of Rosemary
Blueberries for garnish
Dry Champagne
In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Blueberry Infused Vodka, lemon juice, a sprig of rosemary and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and pour into a champagne flute. Top with dry champagne and garnish with blueberries and a sprig of rosemary.
