Our Bottle in Bond Rye Whiskey has been aged for over 4 years and is a blend of a #3 char and a #4 char barrel. The grain bill consists of 54% Danko Rye, 34% Corn, and 12% Malted Barley. All of our whiskeys are twice distilled in our traditional pot still, with the first run being a grain-in stripping run.
All of our spirits are Certified Organic and Gluten Free.
