Our New Make is whiskey that has been barrel rested for just one day. All of our whiskeys are twice distilled in our traditional pot still, with the first run being a grain-in stripping run. Whith the same grain bill as our Wheated Bourbon (69% Corn, 19% Wheat, 12% Malted Barley), it allows the consumer to experience the spirit with little barrel influence.
All of our spirits are Certified Organic and Gluten Free.
