Sweet Apple Pie

INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur
1 1/2 oz Apple Puree
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
Pinch of Cinnamon
Peel and cube 1 apple (McIntosh).Add the cubed apple, lemon juice and cinnamon to a blender. Blend until smooth. In a shaker, combine Cathedral Ledge Maple Liqueur and apple puree. Shake well and serve immediately. Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.
