INGREDIENTS
1 oz Cathedral Ledge Barrel-Rested Gin
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
3 oz Champagne
In a shaker, add Cathedral Ledge Barrel-Rested Gin, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake well. Serve in a champagne flute, top with champagne and garnish with a lemon twist.
Barrel-Rested New Fashioned
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Barrel-Rested Gin
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
In a shaker with ice, add Cathedral Ledge Barrel-Rested Gin, simple syrup, and orange bitters. Shake well. Serve in a in a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with an orange peel.
Cathedral Martinez
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Barrel-Rested Gin
1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Blood Orange Bitters
Spoon of Bada Bing Cherry Juice
In a shaker, combine all ingredients with ice. Stir with a bar spoon until chilled. Serve in a martini glass and garnish with an orange and a Bada Bing cherry.
Barrel-Rested Lychee Fizz
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Barrel-Rested Gin
2-4 Ripe Lychees
1/2 Navel Orange
2-4 Mint Leaves
1 T Simple Syrup
Muddle lychees, orange juice, mint leaves, and simple syrup in a shaker. Add Cathedral Ledge Barrel-Rested Gin and ice. Shake well. Serve in a glass over ice and garnish with an orange slice and mint.
