Wheated Bourbon Recipes
Perfect Pear
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Wheated Bourbon
2 oz Fresh Pear Juice
1/2 oz Ginger-Sage Simple Syrup
Ginger Ale
In a shaker, add ice, Cathedral Ledge Wheated Bourbon, pear juice and simple syrup. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and pour over ice in a rocks glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with sage leaves and a slice of a pear.
Cathedral Old Fashioned
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Wheated Bourbon
1 Sugar Cube
1 tsp. Water
3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Orange Peel
Add sugar cube, bitters, and water to a rocks glass. Stir to combine. Add one large ice cube to glass. Add Cathedral Ledge Distillery Wheated Bourbon and gently stir to combine. Garnish with an orange peel.
Paper Plane
INGREDIENTS
3/4 oz Cathedral Ledge Wheated Bourbon
3/4 oz Aperol
3/4 oz Amaro
3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
In a shaker, combine all ingredients with ice. Shake well. Serve in a chilled glass.
Pot of Gold
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Wheated Bourbon
3/4 oz Ginger Honey Simple Syrup
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Add all ingredients to a shaker without ice. Shake until frothy. Add ice and shake lightly. Serve immediately.
