BiB Wheated Bourbon

Our Bottled in Bond Wheated Bourbon has been aged for years, using a single #3 char White American Oak barrel. The grain bill consists of 69% Corn, 19% Wheat, and 12% Malted Barley. All of our whiskeys are twice distilled in our traditional pot still, with the first run being a grain-in stripping run. ​

 

 

All of our spirits are Certified Organic and Gluten Free.
