Organic Bottle In Bond Bourbon

Our first Bottle in Bond Bourbon has been aged for 4 years, and blended from two White American Oak barrels, one a #3 and one a #4 char. All of our whiskeys are twice distilled in our traditional pot still, with the first run being a grain-in stripping run. The grain bill consists of 69% Corn, 19% Danko Rye, and 12% Malted Barley. ​
