The grain bill consists of 69% Corn, 19% Wheat, and 12% Malted Barley. All of our whiskeys are twice distilled in our traditional pot still, with the first run being a grain-in stripping run. This single barrel whiskey has been aged for 20 months in a #3 char barrel.
All of our spirits are Certified Organic and Gluten Free.
