INGREDIENTS

2 oz Cathedral Ledge Aquavit

1 oz Aperol

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

Top with Club Soda

 

In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Aquavit, Aperol, and lime juice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe or wine glass and top with club soda. Garnish with an orange peel.
