INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Gin

3 oz Grapefruit Juice

Coarse Salt
Grapefruit slice for garnish

Coat half of the glass's rim with coarse salt. In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Gin and grapefruit juice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and pour over ice and garnish with a grapefruit slice.
