Cathedral Negroni
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Genever
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz Campari
Orange peel to garnish
In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Genever, Sweet Vermouth, and Campari. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and pour over ice. Garnish with an orange peel.
Wildebeast
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Genever
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1 oz Aloe Juice
2-4 Slices of Cucumber
2 Slices of Serrano Pepper
2-4 Mint Leaves
In a shaker, muddle 2-3 cucumber slices, Serrano pepper slices, and mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup. Add Cathedral Ledge Genever, aloe juice and ice. Shake well and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with cucumber and mint.
Strawberry Genever Smash
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Genever
5 Fresh Strawberries
Half of a Lemon
1 t Honey
4-6 Mint Leaves
Ginger Beer
Muddle strawberries, lemon juice, honey, and mint leaves in a shaker. Add ice and Cathedral Ledge Genever. Shake well. Add to a glass with ice, top with ginger beer and garnish with a strawberry, lemon, and mint leaves.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Genever
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Peach Liqueur
1/2 oz Honey Simple Syrup
3-5 Fresh Basil Leaves
Champagne or Dry Sparkling Wine
In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Genever, lemon juice, peach liqueur, honey simple syrup, and 3-4 basil leaves. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Top with champagne or dry sparkling wine. Slap remaining basil leaves to release aromatic oils, then float atop drink.
Strawberry Agua Fresca
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Cathedral Ledge Genever
1 cup Strawberries
1 cup Water
1/2 oz Fresh Lime juice
1 tsp Cane Sugar or Agave Nectar
Puree everything except Genever, until smooth. Add Cathedral Ledge Genever. Serve over ice.
