We've aged our whiskey for 4 years, honoring the pre-prohibition Bottled in Bond act of 1897. While using a mixture of #3 and #4 char oak barrels, our rye whiskey has a sharp taste with a mixture of caramel aromas and warm spice to create a well-balanced rye, for a more balanced cocktail.
