Our Straight Wheated Bourbon has been aged for over 2 years and is a blend of a #3 char and a #4 char barrel. The grain bill consists of 69% Corn, 19% Wheat, and 12% Malted Barley. All of our whiskeys are twice distilled in our traditional pot still, with the first run being a grain-in stripping run.
