2 oz Cathedral Ledge Genever
1/2 oz Lime Juice

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

1 oz Aloe Juice

2-4 Slices of Cucumber

2 Slices of Serrano Pepper

2-4 Mint Leaves

In a shaker, muddle 2-3 cucumber slices, Serrano pepper slices, and mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup. Add Cathedral Ledge Genever, aloe juice and ice. Shake well and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with cucumber and mint.
