INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Gin
1 oz Tia Maria

5 oz Tonic

In a shaker add ice, Cathedral Ledge Gin and Tia Maria. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds and pour over ice. Top with tonic and garnish with coffee beans and cocoa nibs.
