Cathedral Bloody Mary

INGREDIENTS (Yields 2 cocktails)

4 oz Cathedral Ledge Horseradish Infused Vodka

1 c Yellow Cherry Tomatoes, halved

3 Tomatillos, chopped

1/2 Green Apple, chopped

1 Jalapeno, stemmed and chopped

2 T Lime Juice

1 sprig of Parsley & Cilantro

1 Garlic Clove

1 t Salt

1 t Worcestershire

1/2 t Green Hot Sauce

1/4 t Black Pepper

1/8 t Celery Seed

 

Add all ingredients, except the vodka, to a blender. Blend until smooth. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh sieve (discard of solids). Fill two tall glasses with ice. Add 2 oz of Cathedral Ledge Horseradish Infused Vodka to each glass. Spilt tomato mixture between each glass. Gently stir. Additionally season and garnish to your liking.
