Barrel-Rested Lychee Fizz

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Barrel-Rested Gin

2-4 Ripe Lychees

1/2 Navel Orange

2-4 Mint Leaves

1 T Simple Syrup

 

Muddle lychees, orange juice, mint leaves, and simple syrup in a shaker. Add Cathedral Ledge Barrel-Rested Gin and ice. Shake well. Serve in a glass over ice and garnish with an orange slice and mint.
