INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 oz Cathedral Ledge Aquavit
2 oz Pumpkin Puree
6 oz Apple Cider
2 oz Orange Juice
Pinch of Cinnamon
Champagne
In a blender, combine pumpkin puree, apple cider, orange juice, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth and add mixture to a shaker with ice. Add aquavit and shake vigorously. Divide into two glasses. Top with chilled champagne and garnish with star anise, cranberries, and orange slices.
